Warranty and compliance

Made to hold, documented to prove it

A ten year warranty on the structure and the finish, with the engineering and compliance documented so it certifies cleanly.

Care

A hose, not a chore

Rinse with fresh water now and then, more often near the coast. A mild detergent lifts any film. No oiling, no painting, no rust treatment, ever. That is the whole maintenance, and it is what keeps the warranty valid.

Questions
What does the warranty cover?

The aluminium structure and its joins, and the powder coat finish, for ten years against failure, flaking and excessive fade in normal use. Hardware is covered to the manufacturer's terms. Full terms are confirmed in writing with your specification.

Is the warranty different for coastal sites?

Coastal and poolside sites are built with a marine grade powder coat and 316 stainless fixings, which carry the warranty in those conditions.

Do you provide compliance certification?

Yes. Engineering for the site wind region and, where a pool barrier applies, documentation to AS 1926.1, provided per project for certification.

What maintenance keeps the warranty valid?

A periodic rinse with fresh water, more often near the coast, and a wipe with mild detergent if a film builds up. No oiling, painting or rust treatment is needed.
